Uncover what lies beneath — together
Objective: Teams excavate a shared archaeological grid, balancing competition, clue sharing, budget discipline, and discovery strategy.
Setup: Join the dig site with the room PIN from your facilitator and join your assigned team.
How to play: Teams spend limited budget to survey, buy information cards, or excavate cells. Artefacts have different values and empty digs still cost money.
Your role: Use your budget deliberately, share useful clues, and decide when to compete or collaborate.
End condition: Compare scores, remaining budget, and collaboration patterns. Debrief whether teams optimized local wins or built shared intelligence.
Choose teams and maximum team size, pace each stage, monitor the full map, release facilitator information when useful, and advance once teams have made their dig decisions.
All teams must have at least one player before starting.
